The shower pressure leaves much to be desired, with some guests noting a weak flow that barely does the job, especially on the top floor. Parking can be a hassle, limited by local council regulations which can make it tough to find a spot, particularly if you have limited mobility. noise from plumbing and nearby gulls can disrupt your sleep, not to mention the occasional issues with the electric, impacting both morning coffee prep and other activities during your stay. The first morning breakfast request process can pose some inconvenience, especially if you're out and about all day and forget to fill out the forms in time.

The breakfast offerings were exceptional, especially the variety of vegetarian options that catered to all tastes.
The shower pressure could have been better as it seemed to trickle out, which made for a less satisfying experience.

An Inviting Haven in Scarborough!
My two-night stay was delightful! Paul and David’s warm hospitality created a homely atmosphere. I loved the personal touches, like the complimentary Yorkshire tea and thoughtful amenities. The breakfast aroma was inviting, even though I didn't indulge. The location is ideal for exploring nearby cafes and shops.

The hosts were incredibly welcoming and made us feel like part of the family. The breakfast options were diverse, with local ingredients that made each meal standout. Our room was immaculate, and the kids loved the clean and comfortable beds, which helped everyone rest well after our adventures.
We occasionally experienced noise from nearby activities, which could disrupt the peaceful ambiance.

Hosts provided an excellent dining experience with a variety of dietary accommodations, particularly impressive was the large veggie sausage sandwich offered each morning. the breakfast request process posed a challenge as we had blank forms left in the room without being able to fill them out in time, leading to a missed final breakfast. power outages affected our stay, interrupting both our coffee-making plans and the viewing of a key football match.

I loved how David and Paul took the time to make our stay memorable with little touches, like a complimentary snack when we arrived and fresh flowers in our room. We enjoyed the intimate sun terrace and cozy lounge area perfect for unwinding after a day out. The only hitch was needing to fill breakfast forms early, which we forgot, but it didn't spoil our fun! 😊
